To do a PowerPoint presentation on Zoom:
- Open the Zoom app on your computer.
- Start a meeting or join a meeting that you have been invited to.
- Click the “Share Screen” button at the bottom of the Zoom window.
- In the “Share Screen” window, select the “PowerPoint” option.
- Select the PowerPoint presentation that you want to present and click the “Share” button.
The PowerPoint presentation will be displayed in the Zoom meeting and you can use the PowerPoint controls to move through the slides. You can also use the Zoom tools to annotate the presentation or use the breakout rooms feature to discuss the presentation with a small group.
