- Firstly, ensure that the GIF file is saved on your device. You can download a GIF from the internet or create one yourself using various tools available online.
- Open your PowerPoint presentation and navigate to the slide where you want to add the GIF.
- Click on the ‘Insert’ tab in the PowerPoint toolbar at the top of the screen.
- In the drop-down menu that appears, click on ‘Pictures’ if you are using a locally saved GIF or ‘Online Pictures’ if you want to use a GIF from the internet.
- Locate the GIF file on your device or search for it online, then click ‘Insert’.
- The GIF should now appear on your slide. You can adjust its size and position according to your preference.
