A sliding scale is a great visual tool to represent ranges, comparisons, or measurements in presentations. You can create a sliding scale in PowerPoint by using shapes, lines, and animations. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Insert the Base of the Scale
- Open PowerPoint and navigate to the slide where you want the sliding scale to appear.
- Insert a Line: Go to

and select a straight line shape. Draw the line horizontally to act as the base of your scale. - Add Tick Marks: To represent the different points on the scale:
